I've been answering that question since 1998. As a Mortgage Loan Officer and Branch Manager with New American Funding, I work with self-employed borrowers, luxury homebuyers, investors, first-time buyers, and Veterans across Utah. 28 years in, I don't just get clients approved — I build them a strategy. My clients want a plan, not just a loan.

My approach is education first. I look at how your financing fits your bigger financial picture, then explore options you may not know exist, with the goal of preserving assets, improving cash flow, and building long-term wealth.

Before mortgage lending, I spent years in door-to-door insurance sales after moving to Utah from Maine, where I was born and raised. I've worked since I was a kid — from my stepfather's convenience store, to delivering newspapers and working nights in high school, to a third job at the city water district during college. That work ethic is the foundation of my around-the-clock service and dependability today.

Outside of loans, my wife and I serve on the board of our Mountain Ridge youth football program, and I've coached for the last seven years. She and I, along with our 5 kids, are big fans of the [high school] Sentinels and the Utah Utes. We love camping and the outdoors, and we’re always looking to plan our next cruise.
