David Wicki is a seasoned mortgage professional, mortgage lender, and branch leader with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate some of the most important financial
decisions of their lives. As an Alliance Branch Manager with New American Funding in Red Bank, New Jersey, David combines deep mortgage expertise with a practical, education-first approach to home financing. 

Throughout his career, David has built his business around relationships rather than transactions. He works closely with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate agents, attorneys, and financial advisors to develop mortgage strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances. His expertise includes mortgage pre-approvals, first-time homebuyer programs, conventional loans, FHA loans, VA loans, jumbo loans, home purchase financing, rate-and-term
and cash-out refinancing, renovation loans, and more complex situations involving divorce, home equity, and long-term housing decisions. 

As a branch manager and team leader, David is equally passionate about developing people and building successful teams. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, consistent execution, exceptional client service, and creating systems that allow loan officers and referral partners to grow their businesses. He is also committed to educating real estate professionals and consumers about mortgage rates, the housing market, and the home buying process so they can make better-informed decisions. 

A longtime New Jersey resident, David is deeply connected to the communities he serves, including Red Bank, Middletown, Holmdel, Freehold, Toms River, and surrounding towns throughout Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex
Counties. He is also able to assist clients in multiple states. He has built his reputation by being accessible, straightforward, and willing to take the time to explain not just what a client can do, but why a particular mortgage
strategy may make sense. 

Outside of work, David is a husband and father. Family is a major part of his life, and he enjoys traveling, staying active, great food, and spending time with his family. That perspective carries into his professional life: for David, a mortgage isn’t simply a loan. It’s often part of a much larger decision about a family’s home, finances, and future.
