Brittany mafe sure all of my questions were answered and she made me feel like she was looking out for my best interest.

I like quick, simple ways to get things done, and they did that.

everything was fine except the orginal processor Martha Navas totally dropped the ball and disappeared. That caused at least a 2 week delay or more and unnecessary stress . Cindy picked up the file and she did a wonderful job of fixing things for us. If she had been on it from the beginning it would have been great.

It was an easy process overall

Brittany communicated well, my situation was a little difficult but she was knowledgeable of all products and assisted me all the way.

more direct communications on phone not just e-mail some people still use the phone and that needs to b addressed,faster process started mine on 8/8/2025 closed 10/16/2025 just a lot of resending of same paperwork two and three times process just drug on and on..Had a friend start his first time home buyers on sept,13 closed nd moved in on Oct 2 thats how mine should have gone need to look at revamping the process some...
