We dealt with many associates beyond Bob and Debbie. At times it was confusing. In addition, the portal to which we had to upload documents (ie two years of taxes, all pages) only allowed for us to upload 4 pages at a time. Each tax year was at least 20. This was annoying and time consuming. On the positive side, it was a pleasant surprise to see Bob at our closing.
