"Ms. Welch was always very clear, direct, and ready to answer any and all of my 8,000 questions. She was easy to get a hold of and if I did miss her, her turn around time was amazing. This is a newer experience for us, she made sure I understood everything (even if she had to repeat it 12 times), and that I was always doing the right things at the right time, she also gave wonderful advice and guidance throughout everything. There were a few times I thought I may never make it through all of this and she was so geniune and was such a wonderful mama bear when I needed it to keep moving forward. I also have to recognize her team, they were also so easy to work with, always keeping me informed and on track. When everyones schedules could not match up for our closing, Leslie came to our closing so that we would have someone on our side in case we had questions. She did not have to take that time out of her day for us, but she did, and we were so grateful! This was just a great team to work with and I will definitly tell that to anyone who may need their services. I can't thank them enough!"
