Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Todd is very approachable, reachable by phone, gives clear and direct answers. Kelly on his team equally as awesome, lightning fast responses, patient and thorough. One complaint; Never in my life have a been communicated with as rudely as I was with Erin. I am not sure of her title, however, it has \"senior\" in it. No clue how she is at the actual job, not for me to say, but she should not be communicating with people. When I use NAF and team Todd to refinance, it will be contingent on not having to work with Erin. Her being involved, did cause a very serious thought of backing out of the deal and accepting any financial implications."
