Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

He was a professional, explained the process, patient with all the questions that we had, gave us a timeline that was exceptional, and moved the process along when there were problems. We can’t say enough good things about him. I don’t like to say bad things about people regarding and their careers. I feel the Grace should have been more organized and started the process by giving us a detailed list of things that she needed or might need from the start. The process became chaos as soon as she took over. We never got a timeline from her or an explanation of the process. At the end we had to get Scott involved and I had to ask her to please turn it over to underwriting. I feel if she would have been organized from the beginning, the stress could have been eliminated. Other than that, the process was amazing. Thank you Scott!!"
