Michele and Will are what made my experience GREAT! From beginning to end, they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get through the funding and loan process successfully. What stood out most was the communication. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what came next. If I had a question, they were there to answer it. If something needed to be handled, they stayed on top of it. Even when we hit some of those stressful, last-minute requirements that can come with buying a home, they kept everything moving and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. More than anything, they made me feel like a person rather than just another loan file. You can tell when people genuinely care about the outcome, and I absolutely felt that with Michele and Will. They worked hard to get me to the finish line, and having people I trusted guiding me through such a major purchase made all the difference. I am extremely grateful for both of them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone going through the home-buying or loan process. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable, and ultimately helped me get the keys to my new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

There were setbacks beyond our control, that should have been caught earlier in the process. The delays cost us an additional $500+. We had issues with some required appointments. Not really upset, but it was stressful. We did not know checks would be mailed to us, most of the checks did not have the correct name for the creditors....
