Ken is an Atlanta native with a 20-year background in Finance and Communications, this experience gives him a competitive advantage in deal structuring in the mortgage industry. As a Sr. Loan Officer at the New American Funding Augusta Branch, Ken is revered by past clients as an “accessible” Lender who goes “beyond the call of duty” for his clients. In his first year as a Loan Officer, Ken has placed over 50 Families in Homes!  

 

Ken provides each client a personal mortgage concierge to assist with all aspects of moving and relocating to a new home, while using all sources of communication to assist his client’s day or night with their lending needs! Servicing the Georgia and South Carolina markets while providing exceptional service to his clients, Ken is available from 8am-9pm daily to handle Conventional, FHA, VA and Physician loans.
