Joseph Longo was very helpful and made the loan experience go very smooth.

Joe Longo made it great by being so helpful every single step of the way and always responded quickly to every communciation. He is the only reason I chose NAF. After working with him to get several pre-approvals I trusted him and knew he was reliable. Joe also kept things on track when I began to get frustrated with the amount and type of documentation requested by the loan processor by compiling all the information I had provided by email into a document I could quickly sign electronically. This saved me a lot time and I really appreciated it. I was trying to answer Best to questions 1 and 2 but your survey didnt seem to be accepting the response as far as I could tell.

It's not Joseph. It's your company in general once it gets to underwriting. It's never prompt and the communication based on the underwriters is awful.

Mr. Longo was very patient and attentive. He understands that items he deals with daily, are wholly foreign to his client (me), and does a good job listening, and explaining things. Joseph regularly took calls after hours, and worked around my extremely erratic schedule. I was extremely pleased with Joseph. On the question asking whether I would recommend him and NAF I scored it a 9 out of 10. This isn't a reflection of my experience with him, but an honest reflection of my likelihood to ever recommend mortgage or financial products, as thats just not something I do.
