"Jennifer was spectacular throughout our transactions. Claudia , however, added a lot of unnecessary stress to the process. Her communication style is abrupt and she is terrible at explaining her documentation needs. When we finally figured out what she wanted , she'd ask for more details or info that was already in the documents we provided. On several occasions, she either ignored my requests or failed to completely read documents and correspondence we sent her. In a particularly irritating instance , she explicitly ignored my directives and contacted the escrow coordinator for the sale of our previous home asking to have our proceeds sent directly to NAF when I'd told her multiple times I didn't want that process. I was furious and had to send her an email reprimanding her for ignoring me. Her lack of attention to detail coupled with her abrupt and unclear communication style made her portion of the process very unpleasant."
