As a Branch Manager with New American Funding, I have proudly served clients in the mortgage and real estate financing industry since 1995. With nearly 30 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, I have helped thousands of homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors successfully navigate a wide variety of financing scenarios.

I specialize in residential mortgage loans, including home purchase loans, refinance loans, cash-out refinances, rate-and-term refinances, HELOCs (Home Equity Lines of Credit), and investment property financing. I also have extensive expertise in DSCR loans, Non-QM loans, bank statement loans, investor financing, and mortgage solutions for self-employed borrowers and clients with complex income situations.

Throughout my career, I have worked with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, real estate investors, and homeowners looking to leverage their home equity or improve their financial position through refinancing. My goal is always to provide customized mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s unique financial goals and long-term plans.

Outside of the mortgage business, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, golfing, watching movies, listening to music, and playing guitar and drums.
