Ashley provided a high level of support and guidance through 2 transaction with our mutual client. The first one fell through due to an issue with the water supply that could not be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. The second which - despite its challenges - did actually close. Ashley was always available to answer questions as we navigated the requirements associated with FHA financing. She acted as an intermediary with underwriting to ensure that we were in compliance with the regulations and fmade it to the closing table. She is a pleasure to work with and maintained a positive attitude as we navigated a sometimes challenging course. She was also instrumental in helping to resolve my issues with the agent portal and naf-connect by forwarding them to the appropriate resource.

Ashley responded to emails in a timely manner anf and quickly worked numbers for me when I had to submit offers quickly. She also would model different loan options so I could choose what worked best for me.
