New American Funding Co-Founder and Co-CEO Patty Arvielo has been honored with the 2026 HousingWire Vanguard Award, a prestigious recognition honoring c-level housing industry leaders who demonstrate measurable, industry-wide impact in lending, servicing, investment, and real estate.
The HousingWire Vanguard Award recognizes top executives whose leadership moves markets forward. Arvielo's recognition reflects her decades of transformative contributions to the mortgage industry as co-founder of the largest woman- and Latina-owned mortgage company in the United States.
Under her leadership, New American Funding has achieved 10 consecutive years of Great Place to Work® certification, maintained 53% female representation, and built a servicing portfolio of over 281,000 customers, representing $73 billion in value.
