Fortune Media and Great Place To Work Name New American Funding to 2026 Best Workplaces for Women List, Ranking No. 69

Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected New American Funding as one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This is New American Funding’s 10th time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 69. Earning a spot means that New American Funding is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 640,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.

The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer consistently positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, work status, or any other demographic identifier.
