If performance metrics are met, state pre-licensing education starts after 6 weeks in Purchase Coordinator role and employee later promotes to PAL Advisor role.

PAL Advisor Training (2 Weeks)
Must achieve 20 underwriter pre-approved loans to proceed to Loan Advisor role.
PAL Advisor Role (2 Month Plan)
