Data Engineering is actively engaged in data extraction, transformation, and loading, cloud migration, data integrity and quality, data governance, and data analytics/reporting. This is done through the design, development, cloud migration, deployment, and maintenance of data systems that support both NAF’s lending and servicing operations, as well as enable the collection, processing, and storage of data.

Technology Operations is responsible continuous integration and delivery, seamless global operations, and availability/scalability of NAF’s systems and applications. The Technology Ops team incorporates DevOps and site reliability engineering practices for on-time production releases while working closely with various teams to establish and manage build/release automations that emphasize communication, collaboration, and integration using industry gold standard tools and processes.

As part of incident response, Technology Operations has a global Network Operations Center with 24/7 monitoring to create alerts and triage incidents, while documenting them and performing root cause analysis.

In short, our mantra of MATE (Monitor, Alert, Triage, Evolve) summarizes our approach to technology operations – Continuous Monitoring, Prompt Alerts, Efficient Triaging and Constant Evolution to improve our processes and systems.
