Mosi Gatling is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, and mortgage professional known for her bold, relatable approach to closing the wealth gap through homeownership. In just the past three years, she has helped over 1,000 families become homeowners and was named one of HousingWire’s 2024 Women of Influence.

Shanta Patton-Golar is a nationally recognized real estate leader, speaker, and advocate with over 20 years of experience addressing housing discrimination, affordability, and racial equity in the real estate industry.
Since purchasing her first home at 21, she has dedicated her career to expanding access to homeownership and building trust in underrepresented communities. Featured by NPR, Vegas PBS, Bankrate and The New York Times, Shanta has shared her insights with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the University of Nevada—bringing both lived experience and deep industry knowledge to the conversation around fair housing.
