Leiestra has over 23 yrs of both real estate sales and lending experience in the Greater Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and surrounding areas. Her experience includes representing SELLERS and BUYERS, through winning negotiations, strong communication, and timely follow-up for her clients. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
