Buying a home is
not like buying a pair of shoes. It is the largest financial decision you will
ever make in your life and I love questions and welcome them.
With 18 years in finance and 12 specifically in
mortgages, I have a broad knowledge of all loan types especially VA, FHA and
USDA and I also specialize in new construction financing and first time home
buyers.
I am in this business to place people on the
path of home ownership and to guide them through the process step by step.
Originally from Kansas I moved to Augusta in
1995 and then to the Atlanta area in 2013. I claim the South as home.
If I am not behind the computer taking an
application or speaking with borrowers, I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, and spending time with my 3 children and my 2 Granddaughters.

Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
