About Ethan Cohen

An entrepreneur transformed to a Mortgage Loan Professional in the Minneapolis area, Ethan is devoted to being your mortgage loan advisor. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, he previously worked as a CEO and founder of a repossession agency in South Florida. Ethan successfully led a team in a fast-paced, high volume, and profitable agency for 22 years, all while he recovered more than $900 Million of Assets for his clients.

His US Army experience led to adherence to strong self-discipline, keen respect for policies and procedures, as well as impressive attention to detail. His deployments include serving as a NATO PeaceKeeper Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo and Operation Enduring Freedom. Ethan thrives to connect with people, which provides him lifelong relationships with clients that will also enhance your mortgage experience.

Before relocating to Minnesota, he has been traveling here regularly for the past 20 years, with many family members who reside locally as well as having a lake house near Brainerd. He has always loved Minnesota and is thrilled to call it home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, playing pickleball, and boating at “The Lake.”
