He really took his time to explain each step of the way and made me feel really confident and comfortable with the process, and never made me feel uneducated or silly for asking questions. Never condescending, just ready to help. The entire first few weeks I had outstanding service. I will say, nearing my closing date it was harder to get in contact with him, and there were a few times I went 24 hours without communication. However, he was very helpful when he did get back to me. He was crucial in facilitating communication between me and my loan processor, who was extremely difficult to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend anyone, especially first time home buyers to work with Dylan. He makes buyers feel as though he really cares.
