"The positive experience with Bryan began when he set honest expectations for obtaining a loan on a presumably manufactured home: noting details and steps specific to manufactured housing. Bryan pulled up the Zillow post and pointed out missing railings which might be flagged by an appraiser and delay closing. I notified the seller of this and the seller installed a railing at their own cost prior to the appraisal - subsequent to converting the deal to 'as-is.' appraisal, and at their own cost. Bryan also demonstrated a keen knowledge of underwriting and our interface with the same, again, setting expectations appropriately. Bryan gave me a call at key points in the process and by doing this was able to get docs ordered and prepare for closing within 24 hours of recieving the clear to close signal from underwriting. I am not the easiest person to please in a transaction like this and Bryan did a great job at explaining his views on the loan architecture with credibility and applying their features to my circumstances. Rachel demonstrated the same conscientious assistance and set appropriate expectations even when they were ambitious. Rachel handled closing conditions from underwriters with exceptional speed and helped direct my effective participation when needed. Rachel also provided key updates with phone calls when needed and demonstrated an understanding of the whole process. If anything could be improved, it would be the secure email interface. The secure emails were clunky and I got several delivery rejection notices which were confusing. NAF's website could also use some changes to reduce confusion. Having two different login pages for loans in different stages was confusing as I struggled to enter the right credentials in the right web page. In sum, the human element in the team did an outstanding job, good enough to far outweigh the technical issues encountered during the process. Thank you"
