"Our first loan processor wasn’t responsive to our needs, and nothing was done on a timely basis which forces to extend our closing date to different times, which was agonizing, and it should never of happened to the sellers, or under both processors, which we worked with whoever they were working with in the underwriting department never gave us a comprehensive list of items required, which we asked for numerous times every week. We got a new list many times for the same items requested before which we very timely submitted within one to two days. after going through property, information, request of other properties that we own about insurance which happened numerous times on the same properties we submitted and they would keep requesting them and then the end the statement that they made about the only church was incorrect and not applicable to anything!!!!! Again, though your senior loan officer, Adam was a fabulous person to work with through this process, and we’d highly suggest he consider looking for a better company to work for him sincerely, KEITH SLATER"
