My name is Eric Vander
Werff, and I am proud to work with the community on behalf of New American
Funding. As a highly-skilled Sr. Loan Officer NMLS #107939, my goal is to provide the best
customer service possible along with knowledgeable, unbiased advice.
I specialize in helping borrowers with home loans while in active Chapter 13
bankruptcy or recently discharged. I’m here to work directly with you and
your attorney from application through closing. Many of the clients I assist
have been turned down by another bank or lender. I look forward to looking
at your home loan needs and providing guidance as this can be a challenging
situation to navigate. This is my 20th year as a Loan Officer and have the
experience to help you succeed in your goals.
