"Communication was great. Even if a phone call wasn't answered right away, a text or email would follow or a call just shortly after. There were hiccups in the process but those are expected when making a home purchase. Overall, Chris and Jerry made it much easier and reassured me that everything was going the way it should be. They made this experience as easy and painless as it could have been. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home. They even gave me some grace, knowing I was on a night shift during the beginning of the process, and kept odd hours, communicating with me probably much later in the day than most others would have. A shout out to the underwriting team is in order, they found that my taxes were not filed correctly. If not for their work, I wouldn't have know (at least for quite some time) and because they did good work, I was able to correct the problem and get the rest of a refund that was owed to me and the documents required to finish purchasing my home. The only negative aspect in the whole process was the interest rate but that isn't controlled by any of these guys and Chris assured me that we could refinance when they drop and a first refinance would be without closing fees, so it's a win for us in the future. Great service. Great communication. Even when things were rough, this team kept cool heads and helped in absolutely every way they could to get it right and get us to closing. Their knowledge of their profession is apparent. 100% happy with the experience. 100% would recommend. Thank you Chris and Jerry, whatever they pay you isn't enough for putting up with anxiety-ridden clients like me. I appreciate your grace, levity in the tough situations, and skills. You helped make our forever home possible."
