One thing I have to shout out, when we put in an offer on the house we ultimately moved into, the selling agent told us the house got multiple offers and that part of why the sellers accepted our offer was that the selling agent mentioned to them that he'd had business with Chasten at Zin Mortgage Group before and that they were one of the best in the area.
