Here's how DSCR works: 

The Formula:
Monthly Rental Income ÷ Monthly Housing Expenses = DSCR

What You Need:
A DSCR of 0.75 or higher means your property generates enough income to cover 75% or more of its costs. That's it.

Translation:
If the property generates revenue, you qualify.
