"Ok, So I was originally steered towards another Loan Officer, who actually seemed not to care about me or my financial situation at all. I called Pam immediately, as she had just taught a class on being a 1st Time Homebuyer, and I asked for her opinion. She told me that my feelings were valid, and she asked several key questions right off the bat that the other guy had yet to ask - even after 10 days of slowly getting back to me. So I fired the guy and hired Pam, and it's honestly, truly, one of the BEST decisions I have made! Pam also very much understood my situation, and she was VERY helpful throughout the entire process! Honestly, I do not think I would have gotten into the awesome, perfect house that I did if it would not have been for Pam's beaucratic acrobatics, she is an absolute master at diplomacy, and at every turn she was prepared for every single thing, and I mean EVERYTHING. At no point were there any surprises, she kept me in the loop, and assured me everytime I got scared, that everything was right on track and that everything will be fine. I mean, what a relief! Would I have gotten this type of interpersonal treatment with the other guy (who couldn't even get my name right) absolutely not! I was just a number on a spread sheet to that guy and he couldn't have cared less about me, OR the biggest purchase of my life.. I truly feel as though we are friends now, and I feel supremely confident with her and her team at NAF handling my mortgage. Thanks again Pam! Cheers to the next 30 years!! - Sam & Becca"

Knowing I had such a wealth of housing knowledge, market trends, and mortgage interest fluctuation experience on my side made all the difference in the world, and I can't stress that enough!
