Are you excited or nervous about purchasing a home?  I understand that.  I’m not a scary banker type but someone with a personality.

I have the best of both worlds as far as living situations…flipping from two different locations.    Get out of the frigid cold in Minnesota in the winter, and then in the summer I can get out of the sweltering heat of Florida!  I know the drive between Minneapolis and Panama City Beach, Florida almost like the back of my hand!  We have 2 dogs, an Old English Sheepdog -Heidi, Pomeranian – Zane, Lucy the cat and 5 hens and 3 roosters, they crow all day long, not just in the morning!  ??  I love doing “homey” things like cooking, gardening and I am an accomplished pianist. 

Being available to you is very important to me.  You will have questions during the mortgage process.  You may be finding yourself purchasing a first home tired of paying rent, you will have a lot of questions.  Maybe you have outgrown your home and need more space for your family., you will have questions.  Perhaps your home is too big because you are now an empty nester, you will have questions.
