About Christine Perez
Welcome!
My name is Christine and I am a Mortgage Advisor. My mission is to assist you in fulfilling your real estate goals. I truly believe the most effective way to create wealth is through homeownership. Whether you are buying your first home, looking to start an investment portfolio, refinance to optimize your mortgage, consolidate your debts or do home improvements, I am here to be your mortgage trusted advisor for life.
It is important to me that you know my a little bit about my background and the reasons why you should work with me.
I started my mortgage career in 2001, working as a loan processor, manager, and above all an underwriter. This experience has not only given me a vast array of "hands-on" mortgage expertise but also an inside track in lending that sets me apart from everyone else. Simply put, I know how to put loans together, I know guidelines very well and I understand the best ways to overcome challenges.
Aside from minimizing the stress and hassle associated with the process. Another reason to work with me is, with the real estate and mortgage markets constantly changing, as a Certified Mortgage Advisor I have a deep understanding of all aspects of the economy and financial markets. Therefore, being an Advisor I can educate and identify the best financing options tailored to short-term or long-term homeownership goals.
