"So, I would tell you that up until almost the closing things were great especially with Natalia ,she was absolutely perfect in my experience with her, I got along with her extremely well, honestly to good to be true and at the end it was, the ball was dropped somehow someway and I was literally minutes away from walking away from the entire thing and ready to suffer whatever ramifications that were going to be thrown at me for doing so, I couldnt have cared less and the actual closing not only brought more doubt to what I had been told but very anti climatic, here it was, it was something that my family and I had been wanting to do for well over a year, it was not a happy time for me at all , I dreaded being there and regreted even going through with it. Do I still feel the same way? Yes, I do, given the fact that its almost taking me 2 weeks to even bother with this survey. Looking back on it now I believe I fell victim to the \" Bait and Switch \" sales tactic. Original Loan papers were drawn up at 7.125%, then a day or two before the closing it went to 7.50% all based on a sticker that could not be found, not just not found but did and does not exist. Even our Notary at Virginia Title had no idea or clue of this \" sticker \" and she even put work in later that day and the next to find out the validity of this \" sticker\". Turns out to be that even the builders of manufactured homes have not even begun to use it, while most dont even know what it is ! and theyre in the business of building these homes. It is such a new process that none of them comply or have even had the time to look into it yet because it is such a new standard or classification. So, why was it offered to me in the first place? as Bait, correct ? I had been working with a total of 3 lenders you guys came in at 7.125% the other 2 couldnt touch it, I let those 2 go and solely belonged to you guys only to end up at the same rate the other 2 had offered me. Now Natalia had told me about this classification and why she offered me a 7.125% up front, however in all of our conversations it was almost assumed on both our parts that seeing this was a Brand New Manufactured Home placed on a Permanent Foundation that it would qualify for the lower % rate, 2 days before the closing the rug was pulled out from underneath me, feeling betrayed and lied to . Then the closing this is where it really gets bad, We were scheduled to close Friday July 12th at 4pm, had to pick the latest time as we were driving down from NY, EVERYONE involved knew this, along the way I had to Docusign a gift letter so that Natalia had all necessary ppwk, that was done somewhere along our trip, she claimed she had it \"All Set\". So with Road construction delays an accident or two and a complete stoppage of traffic on both North and South lanes of Rt81 for a \"claimed \" wildfire, we knew we were not going to make it by 4pm, I made my calls to everyone to reschedule for Monday Morning at 9am, I believe it was Tina who called us late Friday and even moved it earlier to 8am , we gladly accepted. Now Monday comes, up early all showered, shaved , nice clothes ready to go , the phone rings its Tina , were not ready lets shoot for 10am , OK, phone rings a bit later , can you guys do 3pm? ABSOLUTELY NOT ! I gave an ultimatum either at Noon, or Not at all and was given an option to be hooked up with a Notary at a later time back in New York... WHAT DID I DRIVE ALL THE WAY DOWN HERE FOR ??? So we were told to be at Virginia Title at Noon, we were. Only then to be told that they were still waiting on ppwk from you guys but we could get started in hopes that the ppwk would show up before we ended. I shouldve have walked out then ! The Notary noticed my displeasure and wanted to know the story , she was probably stalling the process to buy you guys more time, she couldnt believe the run around that we were getting and actually adding to the nonsense as she claimed to be a \" Guru\" on handling Manufactured Homes, she knew NOTHING of the above mentioned sticker and she was gonna find out , and she did later just to find out that its anew program and manufacture's don't know about it yet or have yet to participate in it at all. So again why was it offered to me? again...Bait. So back to Deanna ( notary), she told us that the closing was never going to happen on Friday and even up to Monday she was never scheduled to do a closing, she was called in then called off then back on again. Telling us that somewhere between Natalia and Tina somebody \"dropped the ball \" and if it wasnt for Tina ( pretty sure ) telling Virginia Title to do this at noon or I was walking out on this. This would never have happened. I have more but I am running out of character length. One more thing to say is that it absolutely saddens me to rate the experience I had especially with Natalia on this survey to be average at best . I need more space to write more about her and Tina. The Closing was a disaster, Im still not over"
