"Learth and Shea with always available, communicative and lead me through the process. They aleviated my concerns and kept me apprised of the steps and how to move forward. My only criticism is the utter ridiculousness of the underwriter's behavior. Unnecessary document requirements, unnecessary request to explain transactions that I had explained several times. Also, the inability to accept the facts that were presented. Questioned issues that had been addressed repeatedly. Didn't seem to have the ability to put things in perspective or the ability to put 2 and 2 together. I question his/her cognitive abilities."
