Following my passion for real estate, I became a Mortgage Consultant to offer my clients the best experience when purchasing or refinancing their home. This is accomplished through integrity, clear communication and utilizing a detail-oriented approach to solving each unique situation. Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, I offer a variety of loan options which include Conventional, FHA, VA, MHFA, Jumbo, and many others! When I'm away from helping my clients with their home financing needs, I enjoy real estate investing, hiking and woodworking. Lately I have been enjoying spending quality time with my friends and family - especially when their new puppies join us!

The data lists the number of all-cash purchases and the total number of home purchases nationwide including the most recent five quarters of data. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
