Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Jewlian was phenomenal! Hands down one of the best people I’ve worked with in any industry. He was always available to take our call or return our call, even on weekends and holidays. We had a very complicated case with a lot of paperwork and hoops to jump through and multiple signers. With multiple job changes over the past few years and 1099/W2 positions. Jewlian never skipped a beat doing everything he could to help us get into a new house. I’m sure it was extremely stressful and frustrating for him considering our situation but he never let it show. He was always cheery on the phone and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained every aspect until I understood everything. If he did not know an answer he said he would find out and he ALWAYS followed through with what he said he’d do. I work in the customer service industry and still have rarely seen this level of customer service. Jewlian was nothing short of remarkable and treated us like a friend through the whole process.
