My name is Henry Cash Russell Jr, and yes, Cash is really my middle name. I’m a Senior Loan Officer and I lead the Cash Team at New American Funding. I have over 23 years in the mortgage industry ranging from Sales, Underwriting, Training, Audit and Compliance. I attended University of Phoenix and majored in Business Administration. My experience guarantees you, my customer, the best possible service and I’m able to apply my underwriting wisdom throughout the loan process. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
