Growing up in Punjab, Northern India, I understand the value of hard work and a quality education. I’ve used both to build a better life for my family, and now, they allow me to assist other families in achieving their homebuying goals. I first started on this path in 2016 after a Realtor® partner introduced me to the industry, and I quickly discovered that I love helping people either buy or build their dream home.

I treat every client as if they are an extension of my family and I make two promises to them. First, I will provide different loan options, allowing them to make an educated decision on what is best for their unique circumstances. Second, if they currently don’t qualify for a loan, we will assess what is standing in the way of their goal, and I will give them the guidance they need to get started on the road to homeownership.

My idea of success is waking up every morning and giving 110% to everything I do. Integrity and communication are the cornerstones of my business model. I follow through on every promise I make, and my team and I strive to always close on time. Communication is vital, and we consistently and clearly communicate with each family we work with, ensuring they understand the home loan process. By assessing their needs, we can create a personalized and productive experience from beginning to end.

My commitment to homeownership extends beyond my career as a loan officer, and my dream is to work with local nonprofits to combat homelessness in the future. I firmly believe everyone deserves a comfortable, safe place to raise their family and create healthier communities in Bakersfield.

In my free time I golf, go for hikes, read books, and spend quality time with my family.
