"I've worked with Michael Moseby multiple times and I use him specifically for his expertise, great customer service, and giving timelines that are realistic. He is always accessible and really goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable with the process and wants to ensure you are fully satisfied with his explanation on what is required, due, or with any issues that might arise from the underwriting department. I had a difficult purchase loan, in which Michael and New American Funding was probably one of the only companies that could navigate through it, if not the only company. What I like about Michael is his level of patience in dealing with questions and if needed, he would never hesitate to do a phone call to lessen any concerns. Many decades ago, I also worked in the real estate and mortgage industry, and Michael is the most knowledgeable loan specialist I have come across. I also referred a buyer, who was actually buying my house. The buyer has done multiple real estate investment transactions and this was the easiest and smoothest loan process he ever experienced. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
