The data lists the number of all-cash purchases and the total number of home purchases nationwide including the most recent five quarters of data. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Your Loan Consultant, Richard Amos and associated Staff was knowledgeable, skilled, professional and courteous/pleasant to work with. They were outstanding! There were no issues with this group of individuals. However, the NAF corporate processing procedures were the uncomfortable and seemingly weakest part of the process. Corporate NAF procedures are in question. Online processing is nervously too complicated and seemingly possibly vulnerable to private violations of information. As a Retired NetAdmin, I was uncomfortable with the number of NEW online accounts we had to create and the spreading of our private information over various communications lines, networks, application processes, various hosting computers, and 3rd. party apps i.e. DocuSign. Too many places to have our personal data pirated. A more centralized single point of SECURE communications and procedures would be seemingly appropriate within the company's internal boundaries. A single user interface and a more secure presence would be most effective."
