"I bought a house in TX in early 2023. I found and negotiated with Michele while I was in NV. I only flew home for the closing itself. The builder's agent was nervous that I was working with an \"online lender\" however, Michele was fantastic to work with. I was also speaking with the builder's preferred lender and Michele out did her in every way. Things ran smoothly the whole time. She was responsive and communicated to the end. I flew to TX a day before closing and closed on time the next day as planned. I am also a travel nurse which can be confusing and difficult for lenders but she had no issue. Would definitely use her again and would recommend her and her team. "
