"It would have been better if our loan processor was on top of things. Jem did not answer some emails that were directed to her and it seemed as if we had to prompt her to do what she should have been already in top of. There was a period of about a week that we heard nothing from anyone and my wife had emailed a couple pertinent questions. After emailing other people Jem came in and started doing her job however she was asking questions that had already been answered via emails to her directly. I hate to write a review like this but I need the loan processor to do better and hopefully no one else will go through this."

"Michael Riley was excellent and actually the reason I went with NAF bc I was talking w 2 other lenders but decided to go with NAF bc Mr. Riley was very helpful and responsive. It wasn't until Jem entered the process that the communication started to lack. I do believe she wanted to be helpful but it just seemed as if she was over committed and missing things. She was also not very detailed about some items she needed from me so it left me scrambling to try to figure it out or go to Mr. Riley for clarification. In all I'm still glad I went with the company and Mr. Riley but just think the stress and frustration could have been lessened greatly by Jem. Mr. Riley gets a 10 plus so hope Jem parts do not affect him."
