"Our loan officer Cynthia went out of town or took some days off and cause our loan process to fail and we were not able to close the day we were supposed too and we felt like she dropped the ball on us and never communicated with us when we would call her back. So instead of moving into our new home instead of a hotel due to our buyer of our old home wouldn’t not wait another day. Shirley stepped in to help us get all this settled so we could actually move and she was the biggest help of all. But thankful Matt came thru and was able to refund our hotel stay and U-Haul. I do appreciate all that was trying their hardest to make this move happen for us and not delay us anymore longer than it had to be. We have put all of this in the past and look forward to making new memories in a new home. Thank you all."
