"Jerod worked ver hard on our Refi there was a lot of extra paperwork involved and follow up and he made us feel comfortable with everything . Will let everyone we know looking for a mortgage company know . How ever Michael was not as helpful . We are almost two weeks out from closing and still have over half of the bills not paid from funding. We accept the part of not getting everything too him as needed, but we were not told about needing the info he needed until the day of the funding . If it would have been mentioned we could have had it all in order. And would not be still waiting for the final things too be paid. It is no fun getting numerous calls. Non the less we will still recommend you company and Jerod as he is very good at his job and will help in anyway. Ps have a referral coming too Jerod here shortly."

"Good start. Jerad was knowledgeable, attentive and stayed in excellent communication throughout the process. I felt like he single-handedly had to assume all the roles needed and was the only reason that this operation was completed. On the other hand, Heather seemed uncertain, slow, did not communicate needs or answer questions efficiently. I find her responsible for costing me thousands of dollars in late fees, unanticipated and deserved dings to my credit score after closing. While she was polite, she exhibited no sense of urgency, and I had to depend on others to fill the vacuum and get me the information I needed. I’m baby boomer who has lived all over the country and been through innumerable closings in the 50 years I have been engaged in real estate dealings (buying,selling residential and business properties). This was the slowest, most stressful one ever due to this employee! In summary I would recommend Jerad without hesitation. Ty the appraiser and Juan Becerra in escrow were also polite, responsive and helpful. But Heather’s performance (I have supervised up to 10,000 employees at a time; so I know a lot about HR and performance evaluation) made a mockery of the low-hassle, quick turnaround financing promised in the promotion of your company in the ads run by the NerdWaller/RocketMoney/etc companies."
