"Good start. Jerad was knowledgeable, attentive and stayed in excellent communication throughout the process. I felt like he single-handedly had to assume all the roles needed and was the only reason that this operation was completed. On the other hand, Heather seemed uncertain, slow, did not communicate needs or answer questions efficiently. I find her responsible for costing me thousands of dollars in late fees, unanticipated and deserved dings to my credit score after closing. While she was polite, she exhibited no sense of urgency, and I had to depend on others to fill the vacuum and get me the information I needed. I’m baby boomer who has lived all over the country and been through innumerable closings in the 50 years I have been engaged in real estate dealings (buying,selling residential and business properties). This was the slowest, most stressful one ever due to this employee! In summary I would recommend Jerad without hesitation. Ty the appraiser and Juan Becerra in escrow were also polite, responsive and helpful. But Heather’s performance (I have supervised up to 10,000 employees at a time; so I know a lot about HR and performance evaluation) made a mockery of the low-hassle, quick turnaround financing promised in the promotion of your company in the ads run by the NerdWaller/RocketMoney/etc companies."
