"I had a great experience because Jennifer Burse was very patient with me in answering my questiions, and her timeliness in answering them. I am little frustrated with Chad because of communication gap where he missed important emails from me like responding to requirements requested by my insurance company, or not providing an update as to where I am in the process that oftentimes I have to reach out to Jennifer for this information; resulting in unnecessary delays. Also, I like the transparency with the charges, and Jennifer 's diligence in working with me to get a better deal for me makes my experience with NAF great."
