Prior to entering the Mortgage Business, Jason served on active duty in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Paratrooper. Jason later earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University, and MBA from Ashland University.

Jason performs for his business partners by taking control of the mortgage process for an event free, on time closing while providing low competitive rates, program variety, and creative financing option for his customers. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
