About Holly Lyle
Holly Lyle is a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer with
New American Funding and a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®)
serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Lancaster County, York County,
Berks County, Pennsylvania, as well as Maryland and Delaware.
With more than 35 years of mortgage lending experience,
Holly specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, clients navigating divorce,
move-up buyers, veterans, self-employed borrowers, and homeowners looking to
refinance or build wealth through real estate.
Known for her educational approach, Holly believes the most
important step in the homebuying process is understanding your numbers before
you begin shopping. She takes time to explain financing options in plain
language so her clients can make confident decisions, whether they're
purchasing their first home, buying after a divorce, relocating, or investing
in property.
Holly offers a full range of mortgage solutions, including
Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, renovation financing, down payment
assistance programs, Non-QM loans, bank statement loans, DSCR financing, bridge
loans, and refinance options. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional, she
works closely with attorneys, mediators, financial advisors, and real estate
professionals to help clients understand the mortgage implications of divorce
and equity buyouts.

entirely through referrals by focusing on education, communication, and
long-term relationships. Her mission is simple:
