About Erik Oquist
Since 2003, I’ve been a Sonoma County–based mortgage loan advisor helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors find financing solutions that fit their goals.
I offer a full range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM options for self-employed borrowers, investors, and clients with alternative income or asset structures.
With a problem-solving approach and a focus on efficiency, I use streamlined systems to keep the process clear and moving smoothly from application to closing. I’ve been a President’s Club qualifier every year from 2009 through 2025.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business from Sonoma State University.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of two active in soccer and lacrosse, and I enjoy wake surfing, boating, and golf.
