About Erik Oquist
I’m a mortgage loan advisor based in Sonoma County helping homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors find financing solutions that fit their situation.
I work with a full range of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgages, as well as non-QM options for borrowers who don’t fit traditional underwriting guidelines. This includes self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and clients with alternative income or asset structures.
My focus is on making the mortgage process clear, efficient, and straightforward. I use modern tools and streamlined systems to help reduce delays, improve communication, and keep everything moving from application to closing.
Every client’s situation is different, so I take a problem-solving approach to structure the right loan for the goal—whether that’s buying a home, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio.
