"It’s was easy to complete the process. The only issue I had was with the notary I could not hear her and she mumbled to herself and I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or herself. I ask for her to speak up but she did not . That part was frustrating. But other that that it was fine"

"Eric was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He helped me zero in on what I needed and wanted. I appreciate when he went out of town, he gave me his cell number if I needed it. I was a realtor from 1986 to 2016. I know what a good lender is. Most of the lenders I worked with have since retired like me. It was a cold call and he handled it very well. I appreciate he will continue to follow this loan. Not many people would be so professional. The only concern I had is the signing of loan documents. Mobil Notary Services was assigned the task of doing that and contacted Ashley Mordonedo here locally. She came promptly and did the signing. Unfortunately, the docs had to be resigned due to wrong size paper. The problem is not my concern, but the way Rob from Mobile Notary Service treated the notary. Just prior to the second signing she called to cancel as she was very upset. She apologized but was afraid he threated to use her E&O insurance. This is not my concern. I talked with her and because I have the background in the industry, I knew mistakes happed. I wasn't concerned until she wanted to cancel. I talked her into coming anyway. She was paid a fee to do a job and was willing to do what was necessary until he was threated. Sorry, but this reflects on the lender. If I were a normal customer, I would think this was your company. I know it is a separate company, but not everyone would. This would have been ugly if I had not talked with the local notary, and she was willing to come anyway. At best it would have delayed things by days. Not a happy thought for the customer (me). Please take some time and speak with Rob at Mobil Notary Services. Our professionalism is what either makes or breaks us. I got a cold call from Eric, and he was thoughtful and thorough. He is an asset to be treasured. The real estate industry isn't an easy business. So much is out your control. What a professional does is handle these difficulties and makes it look easy. He also makes his customers feel important. Eric is all that!!!!"

He also took extra time to help me understand the process, because I’m the type that always has to know why. I was also very apprehensive because we live in the world of scam artists, and he didn’t take offense. He just reassured me and gave me places to search for verification."
