"I have had many dealings with David as he was the lender for the first house I ever sold. I refer him to all my clients, because he has been able to do things for clients other lenders haven't. His knowledge of the programs is great, and if he hears of a new one, he will try to get it as well. His treatment of my clients is amazing as well. He has salvaged deals that were going south very quickly with other lenders and keeps things going as smoothly as possible. Recently he was not able to get a better program for a client but he is not afraid to say what can or cannot be done. David has been amazing to work with since that first transaction seven years ago!"
