(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

At every point along the way we felt Chris had our best interests in mind and he got us the best deal with our circumstances. After being outbid 3 times, Chris very astutely offered us the cash-option if needed so we could be more competitive, but we didn't end up needing it in the end. Once we found our home, being able to close in 17 days was incredible and super competitive, and I know some lenders would have struggled with that. Overall, the experience was pretty effortless for us and I never felt alone or lost in the process."
